Our policy is to pay trainees competitive rates in the local market.
The way we structure our training reflects the importance we attach to the role of our trainees in contributing to our business, and so does the way we reward them. If you are making a contribution and taking responsibility, you should be paid accordingly.
Salaries and benefits as of September 2005 Trainees (assuming LPC passed)
0-12 months £39,000
12-24 months £45,000
Our current benefits package includes five weeks’ holiday a year, private healthcare, subsidised gym membership, season ticket travel loans and life cover.
Law School Funding
We also sponsor trainees through the PgDL and LPC. We pay all fees and a maintenance grant for each course of £8,000.
