Company - advising on public company
flotations or 'initial public offerings' (IPOs), takeovers and mergers of public and private businesses, raising finance to fund management buy outs or to develop start up businesses.
Property - working on large property development schemes (such as shopping centres, airports and offices), joint ventures, partnerships and other innovative property financing deals as well as environmental work.
Litigation - bringing and defending court actions, arbitrating disputes and using Alternative Dispute Resolution across a variety of areas, such as negligence, contract, insurance, insolvency and banking.
Because we provide a full range of legal services, you can try something more specialised like banking, intellectual property, tax, employment, defamation or white collar crime. You do work with different departments at the same time so you
won't be limited by four seats.
