Trainees are encouraged from the time they join Gouldens to build relationships with existing clients and develop contacts with people that may become clients. If you want to develop a particular area of practice you will be supported and encouraged.
We look to retain all our trainees on qualification. Because of the training system, the step up from training to qualification is imperceptible. You'll be doing the same type of work for the same clients and with the same people. Over time you'll have the confidence and ability to develop your own clients and areas of expertise.
