Our policy is to pay trainees competitive rates in the local market.
 


The way we structure our training reflects the importance we attach to the role of our trainees in contributing to our business, and so does the way we reward them. If you are making a contribution and taking responsibility, you should be paid accordingly. 

Our starting salary for trainees is £39,000 rising at six monthly intervals throughout the training contract: 

6 - 12 months  £41,000 
12 - 18 months  £45,000 
18 - 24 months     £50,000
The newly qualified salary is £70,000 

Our current benefits package includes five weeks' holiday a year, private healthcare, subsidised gym membership, season ticket travel loans and life cover. 

We also sponsor trainees through the GDL and LPC. We pay all fees and a maintenance grant for each course of £8,000.

If you wish to apply for a training contracts commencing in September 2010 or March 2011, we will be accepting applications from final year law and non-law students from November 1st 2007. If you are a penultimate year law undergraduate you should apply between your penultimate and final years of study once you have received your 2nd year exam results.
